Long story short, staffs didn't speak any English so we did figure out how it worked 🤣. Step 1. You get to the machine. Insert money. Choose what you want. We didn't figure that much so we try with the basic option, a bowl of Ramen. The machine will print out the ticket for you. There are many other add on options to choose for example extra noodles, boiled egg, more meat... Step 2. Find a seat. On each personal counter there's a personalized your Ramen slip in Japanese. The staffs will change it to English to you. For example I don't like spring onions so there's an option on the slip if you want your Ramen without /with/ with extra onions. Step 3. Press the button on the table. The staff will come to collect the slip and you will have your Ramen in no time. Taste is great, but it's quite fattier than other Ramen places that we have tried especially the meat. So if you like something lean and less fat. This is not for you. The option of refill is available you just need to put it on the slip and press the button on the table again. Also beer and matcha pudding dessert is available.
