I recently had a disappointing experience at this game center while playing the claw machine in 1 floor. I had invested 4000 yen and can’t win my prize. When seeking assistance from a male staff member who appeared a bit older, wearing glasses, my request was met with frustration. Despite being able to communicate in both Japanese and English, he simply rolled his eyes, spread his hands, and walked away without offering any assistance. Also I saw another female customer got readjusted multiple times. This left me feeling offended and has negatively impacted my good impression about Japanese service. I PAID so I think I should be treated as a normal customer. And they cut all prize’s tag means even though you get the price it is...

We went there with our children on a rainy evening. We spent a few thousand yen on various games and won a few prizes. We also wanted to go to the second floor, but didn't know there was an elevator. So we put the stroller against the wall on the first floor, where it wouldn't be in the way. There were almost no other customers there, so the stroller wasn't in the way. When we returned, the employee with glasses and a ponytail was furious and told us to leave immediately. To avoid trouble, we left without arguing. It was pouring with rain outside, so we first wanted to put the stroller cover over the stroller to keep our children dry. Not a minute later, the angry employee came back to us while we stand outside and told us to leave immediately with the kids in to the rain. We were appalled by this behavior because we just wanted to get out of there quickly. We were not blocking the way. Excuse me, is this the great customer service everyone talks about in Japan? Why on earth would you treat customers with small children, who paid a lot of money in your facility, so poorly? Why do you exercise your power to send small children out in the rain to get wet and sick? I hope your actions have made you a happier person. Perhaps one day you'll rediscover the empathy...
Read moreIs it a good arcade? Well..if you ‘re like me, coming from outside of Japan (where arcades don’t really exist anymore) and you stumble in an arcade in your first hour in the city - that’s a win! It’s been years since the last time! Nostalgia is real, games are cool and you’re bound to drop a 100¥ or 200¥, or more to kill some quality time. Give it a go,...
