Not friendly and impatient to foreign tourists

Unclear instructions for tax-free purchase. We don't know if the drugs and cosmetics could be paid at the same counter. When asking the staff questions in English, they answered very shortly without any smiles but impatient faces.

Unfriendly staff We bought 15 big Japanese cookies for colleagues and friends as souvonirs. Because we are worried our luggages don't have enough space, we kindly asked the staff if they could help us pack them into three bags. The staff only coldly answered in English, "No, only two bags," then packed them with a long and impatient face for the whole process. Finally, we were busy making space for these two big packages when we packed.

We aren't making over-reaching requests. We are just communicating and asking questions as a tourist. How come the services only made us feel "inferior" or "discriminated" just because we speak Chinese or don't understand Japanese???

今天前往驚安殿堂買了大約15盒左右有1000日元和600日元左右的餅乾，還有幫朋友買了2盒wakamoto，打算分送給同事朋友。

但二樓的藥品專櫃中英文標示會讓人看不太懂，我們一共問了兩次。結論是：各層樓都 可結帳，但只要有藥品，就得在二樓，可以和其他東西一起結。

當天兩三個店員總是給人面無表情和簡短的yes no，和像對待小孩的命令語氣回答問題和結帳。打包時我們很客氣地用英文詢問能否分裝三袋（因為想說一次太大包行李放不下），她只是回答"No, only two...

We had to try this store after reading the reviews. Especially because it is New Year's Day and not much is open. What a wild experience. Everything you could ever want or need on 4 floors. Mostly food and drinks on the first. The third has clothing, even some character stuff if you are into that. The second has cosmetics, etc, but stay off that floor if you don't like the constant noise. We didn't make it to the fourth floor. We came out with lots of small, easy to pack souvenirs to bring home for everyone...

Horrible service. This is definitely not the standard Japanese service. Staff are all sulking and after proceeding to 4th floor for tax free check out, there are no staff there and despite pressing the bell many times, nobody came. Went back to 1st floor cashier and was rudely shoo away saying no tax free. Avoid this outlet for your sanity. Things are not cheaper than some of the drug...
