Very bad experience. When I wanted to buy something but since the tax free counter on the third floor was closed, I went down to the first floor. The lady behind the cash desk told me that tax free was on the third floor but after explaining her that there was no one there she said that she would come. So I went back to the 3rd floor and waited over 10 minutes. Frustrated, I went back down only to find the lady casually playing on her phone. When confronter, she just stared at me and went back to her phone. In the end, I decided to left without buying.

What I shame to offer...

Not as cheap as Hardoff/Modeoff or even Second Street, but they do have this area where all the items cost only 280 yen plus tax. 川越駅、アトレとクレアモールの間の信号のところの角に店はあります。トレジャーファクトリー系列の古着屋です。1階は、女性の服や小物、帽子やバック、靴、2階は男性の服、帽子や、靴などが売っていますよ。値段は少し高めな感じがします。品揃えは、結構多いと思いますが、あまりセールとかは、やらないお店だとおもいます。よく靴を見に行くのですが、サイズが合えばお買い得の靴なども売っていますよ。セール品もありますが、なかなかサイズが合わないので、よく探して見てみた方がいいと思います。川越駅方面から来ると、信号のところに黄色い建物がありますので、よく目立つ場所にあると思いますよ。よく行くのは2階の男性服売場なので、1階は、あまりよく分かりません。ちょうどふらっと立ち寄って掘り出し物があるか店の中を覗いています。セール品は、あまりありませんが、服とかもセール品のコーナーで置いてはありますよ。ちょっとした時間潰しにも使えるので、川越に行った時はよく立ち寄っています。掘り出し物が見つかると嬉しいですね。ちなみに３階は行った...
