We realised our long held dream to have our own house in Kyoto in 2024, thanks to the expert team at Hachise. We found the Hachise website really helpful and viewed a number of properties in person as well as using staff-guided on-line viewings when we could not visit Japan. Made our dreams come true. Five star experience. Studied the website for so long. Finally arrived in Japan and they were ready with a long fun day of house hunting. We found exactly what we were looking for. Even better. Boa our realtor speaks many languages including English. But the whole team has been amazing. Very responsive and professional. Super helpful with contracts and upgrades after we bought it. Actually shocked by the negative reviews. From my standpoint they provide an amazing service of rescuing machiyas and our home is perfect. We also rented for a month to experience one and that service was smooth as well.
