I chose this kimono rental because it was close to my accommodation and offered a more flexible return time (8.30pm compared to the common 6pm), which allows for more flexibility in schedule.
I had a really pleasant time getting dressed, and the kimonos were of the retro kind, which was lovely. The staff who first attended to me spoke really good English, and she seemed to be a student doing part-time work. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name; she was really professional and pleasant to work with, and she was able to give me recommendations when I asked for it.
The lady who dressed me didn't speak English, but she was nice regardless, and took care to style my hair as well.
