The experience itself itโs not bad. When I booked I had the impression that dinner would have been served in the room, however it was in a dinner hall. Not too bad to be honest, we had a room for ourselves. Dinner was nice, I would suggest to explain in english to the guest what are they eating, cause it was not easy to understand.||Bath were okay, we had a bad experience tho. While my fiancรฉ was inside a member of the staff went inside, twice. I would understand the mistake to go in the women bath, thinking itโs empty, but not twice when you know a lady is in. Just to be clear, the baths were opens, and EVEN IF it was closing time, you send a female member of the staff into the women baths (as you know, in japanese onsen you MUST bath naked, therefore you can understand that having a man entering twice is an harassment).|I, of course, reported the fact to the reception, where the receptionist was kind, however did not solve the issue, that to be honest canโt be solved. Itโs not a matter of money. Itโs just creepy and disgusting having a man entering twice. I am kind of sad while writing this review, I work in hospitality and I know what does it man to be so harsh towards a property. However, I felt that my fiance was scared and not feeling okay, therefore here we are. ||Once again, if the opening time is over, KNOCK ON THE DOOR OR SEND A LADY.|AND THERE WAS NO REASON TO ENTER TWICE, SAYING...
ย ย ย Read moreThis is our first time in Japan and our first experience with the traditional Japanese hotel. This hotel is perfect for my family of 5 and the location is excellent! Its location is in close to limousine bus stop and 2 major metros stations. The staff is exceptionally great and friendly. There was one time when we couldnโt make it back on time for dinner due to subway delays (Our stay includes dinner and breakfast), they made an exceptional accommodation to make us late dinner. We felt so warm hearted because we were really hungry. I thought The breakfast was okay but the dinners were delicious! Although the bathroom is bit small, but as long as I donโt have to share bathroom with others, Iโm happy with it. The interior design of the room is old but with unique traditional Japanese accents that I love. I was worried that I wouldnโt sleep well on tatami bed but surprisingly this hotel bedding is the most comfortable Iโve been slept on compare to all other expensive hotels in Osaka. The price including breakfast+dinner is very reasonable. I will definitely stay here next time when I return to Japan. I Highly...
