中国人不骗中国人 有歧视,别来 I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant on the evening of December 29, 2024. The behavior of one of the staff members, a blonde-haired female cashier, was completely unacceptable. She blatantly ignored my requests and showed no intention of assisting me, which made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.
What was even more shocking was her behavior as I was leaving the restaurant. She selectively greeted customers based on their nationality, offering warm farewells to some while completely disregarding others, including myself. This kind of behavior comes across as discriminatory and unprofessional, and it left a very negative impression.
I strongly believe that no customer should ever feel excluded or treated differently based on their nationality or background. Such actions are not only disrespectful but also suggest a lack of basic training in customer service. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses this issue to ensure a more inclusive and respectful environment for all customers...

I suspect some of the dishes are pre-made and reheated using microwave, which I have never encountered at any yakitori restaurant I've ever been to. I have been travelling to Japan for more than 4 times a year for the past 15 years (except Covid times).
Case in point: the corn was served within minutes of ordering. The beef karubi (at almost 1000 yen per stick) and the ox tongue (at over 12xx yen per stick) were lukewarm and they were so bad I didn't finish all the pieces.
Service was horrible. The very tall young male waiter was especially rude. Their QR code ordering system froze after the first round of ordering, and he begrudgingly took my order in person only when I insisted. Meanwhile the waitresses preferred to huddle together (with their backs to the table seats) to chat rather than...
Read moreIt seems to be one of those restaurants that trick foreigners about Japanese food. Food is mediocre for the best or really badly made. too salty (edamame & egg) super dry (chiken momo skewers) that tastes like fiber. The part-time young person almost burned the skewers- where is juicy? Maybe they think foreigners don’t know the taste so they can do everything bad… Also really bad service - again another young guy literally clashes the plates together in front of us when he took away them - literally throw the bowl into the plate to make a crispy click- seriously. And he did another again- when bring a new dish he shuffles it to the wet wipe tissue on the table, not on the center as general service. Really bad. In general everything is salty spiced. So if you are a foreigner living in Japan or having a nuanced taste for (Japanese) cuisine- avoid here- general touristy mediocre place. Also price is on the expensive scale- always slightly...
