My wife and I recently visited this BEAMS store and were most impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere created by the team. From the moment we entered, we were welcomed graciously by the staff, which set a very positive tone for our experience.

We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Ms. Mika Toyama, whose professionalism and attentiveness truly stood out. She provided exceptional assistance to my wife throughout the entire shopping process, from product selection to sizing and fitting. Her friendly manner, combined with her fluent English, made the experience both comfortable and enjoyable.

Thanks to Ms. Toyama’s thoughtful support and the overall hospitality of the store staff, our visit was memorable and delightful. We look forward to returning in the future and will certainly recommend this...

I had a wonderful shopping experience at Beams this week. I met a lovely staff member named Maru from Taiwan. She greeted me with a warm smile and did her best to meet all my needs. I truly enjoyed shopping at the store and found everything I wanted—it felt just like shopping back home 😊 It’s really amazing and convenient to have someone who speaks the same language and understands exactly what you need when shopping abroad. It makes the whole experience so much more efficient and stress-free 😊 This definitely makes me want to visit Beams again the next time...
