Garden Shinsaibashi — Local services in Osaka

Me and my husband are from Melbourne Australia. We did our own research for months and had decided to fly to Osaka to go to Garden Shinsaibashi for our wedding band shopping. We are so glad that we did because we found our perfect rings! We were served by Asumi Miyamoto - she was polite, friendly and professional. She listened patiently to understand what we wanted and showed us all the options. Asumi showed us a tray of rings to let us try on our ring size before ordering. As we couldn’t speak Japanese, we used google translate for some words and she understood us very well. We ended up going with Fischer (German made) and Yuka Hojo (Japanese made). They were both handmade and took a few months but the estimated delivery time was very accurate - no delay at all. Asumi emailed us to update us on the progress for our peace of mind as well. As soon as we received the rings, everyone was so shocked with the quality and make of the rings. The ring sizing was very accurate too. We would love to come back end of this year to see Asumi again. Very lucky we had...

I'm still buzzing from the magic of crafting my own ring at garden心斎橋 by Grace Fujimi. This hands-on workshop lets you craft your very own one-of-a-kind ring. I loved choosing my metal, shaping it, and hammering in my unique design with their amazing guidance. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the whole process fun and truly beginner-friendly. It's not just a ring. It’s a beautiful tangible memory I made with my own hands and I got to bring it home instantly. This is definitely a core memory for me and such a unique way to create a souvenir.

I tried the ring-making experience for the first time and absolutely loved it! It’s a fantastic activity for couples or anyone who wants to create something special and unique.

The whole process took about 30 minutes to an hour, and I could take my finished ring home the same day, which was amazing. You can choose between brass or silver for the ring, and there are plenty of designs and finishes to make it truly yours.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout. Even though her English wasn’t perfect, she explained everything clearly, provided templates, and was so sweet to take photos for me while I worked on my ring.

From choosing the materials and design to shaping, filing, and polishing the ring, the experience was fun and hands-on. The staff also added beautiful finishing touches, making the ring look professional and polished.
