Kushikatsu Tanaka America-mura — Restaurant in Osaka

1인당 꼬치 세개랑 술 한잔을 시켜서 먹고 나중에 더 시켜먹을려 했습니다. 그런데 주사위 게임이 있어서 직원분께 여쭤볼려고 파파고를 이용하여 물어봤는데 아무런 설명없이 저희가 하겠다고 하지도 않았는데 주사위를 건네더니 돌리게 했습니다. 그런뒤 양 2배 가격 2배의 술을 강제로 시키게 하여 저희는 술을 잘 못해서 안마시겠다 아니면 음료수로라도 안되겠냐 요청을 하였지만 불친절한 태도로 그저 안된다고 했으며 그저 술을 강요하였습니다. 다른 친절한 직원분도 계셨지만 유독 그 여자직원분이 아주 불친절한 태도로 저희가 파파고로 소통을 요청하여도 무시하고 자신의 의견만 내세웠습니다. 그리하여 입도 제대로 못댄 술과 튀김 1인당 3개로 1인당 2500엔 정도가 나왔습니다. 튀김을 만드는 직원도 중간에 이를 쑤시는 등 위생적이지 못한 태도를 보였습니다. 블로그 후기를 보고 기대심에 기분좋은 마음으로 갔지만 이러한 대우를 받게되니 굉장히 불쾌합니다. 여행 내내 모든 일본인이 친절하여서 기분이 좋았지만 오늘 이 가게에서 굉장히 기분이 상했습니다. 맛도 어디서나 먹을 수 있는 쿠시카츠 딱 그 정도입니다. 맛집은 절대 아닌 것 같습니다.. 사장님이 이 글을 보시면 개선 부탁드리겠습니다.

1人当たり串三つとお酒一杯を頼んで食べて、後でもっと頼んで食べようとしました。 ところでサイコロゲームがあって職員の方に聞いてみようとパパゴを利用して聞いたのですが、何の説明もなく私たちがすると言ってもいないのにサイコロを渡して回しました。 その後、量2倍、価格2倍のお酒を強制的に注文させて私たちはお酒が苦手で飲まないか、それとも飲み物でもだめかと要請しましたが、不親切な態度でただだめだと言い、ただお酒を強要しました。 他の親切な職員の方もいらっしゃいましたが、特にその女性職員の方がとても不親切な態度で私たちがパパゴに疎通を要請しても無視して自分の意見だけを前面に出しました。 それで、口もろくにつけられないお酒と天ぷら1人3個で、1人当たり2500円程度が出ました。 揚げ物を作るスタッフも途中で歯を食いしばるなど衛生的でない態度を示しました。 ブログの感想を見て期待して気持ちいい気持ちで行きましたが、このような待遇を受けることになってとても不愉快です。 旅行中ずっと日本人が親切で気持ちよかったですが、今日この店ですごく気分を害しました。 味もどこでも食べられる串カツちょうどそのくらいです。 美味しい店では絶対ないと思います.. 社長がこの文をご覧になったら改善お願いします。

I was going to order three skewers and a glass of alcohol per person and order more later. But there was a dice game, so I asked the staff using a Papago, but we didn't say we would do it without any explanation, but they handed the dice and made us spin it. After that, they forced us to drink twice the price of twice the amount, so we asked if we could not drink because we were not good at drinking or if we could not drink as a drink, but with an unfriendly attitude, we just said no and forced them to drink. There were other kind employees, but she ignored the request for communication through Papago with a very unfriendly attitude and offered only her own opinion. Therefore, it was about 2,500 yen per person for three sake and fried food that I couldn't even eat properly. Don't come to this place if you are a tourist and don't speak any Japanese at all. The servers will neglect you the whole time. They charged the appetizer fees and never gave us the appetizer dish. More than half of our order failed to come and we checked with the server three times and he insisted the food were already served. We Sat upstairs where there were only 4 tables. (tables of 1, 2, and two 4's including mine) How can you not tell more than half the order still hasn't arrived. The server just kept ignoring us till we ask them to cancel the rest of the order that didn't come. They focuses on getting the customers drinking by playing dice game on a consistent basis throughout their meals. Great place to get...

Visited this restaurant/ bar today. food was fine and staff friendly but unfortunately we were scammed at this restaurant. We ordered 2 drinks, a stick of cheese and some fries . We were charged an additional ¥594 on the bill which we didn’t notice at the time of payment . We are tourist and realized we had been overcharged when we got back home. We have attached a photo of the bill which shows exactly what we ordered and that staff added an additional item to our table . Other than a small bowl of raw cabbage leaves that was brought out to us, we have no idea what this appetizer is . Very disappointed- please don’t fall for this trap and check your bill...
