I had the most amazing experience with the hair and head treatment along with a relaxing massage by Minamoto. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this place was something special. Outstanding experience from start to finish. The whole treatment is very customised to your specific needs via a questionnaire that you fill out on arrival. They take the time to select the right products for your head and scalp - making sure not to use anything that would cause discomfort.

The room itself has this wonderfully cool granite interior which sets the tone perfectly. The supplied shoulder massage was excellent, although you can choose to have foot, eye or hand massages instead. (The longer treatments give you multiple choices, and if you opt for the full three hours they will give you all of the massages, with a small break to allow your body to rest.)
