Everything sold there was something you could buy anywhere, and the products were just cluttered together with no sense of order. The store was so cramped that it was difficult to even pass by other people. The clerk was working on a computer behind the register, facing away from customers — completely unacceptable for someone in customer service. It was disappointing. There were sudden steps and products hanging overhead, so I had to constantly watch my surroundings. It wasn’t a place where you could shop comfortably.
In other tourist spots, the stores were flat and easy to walk around in, and the staff were friendly. Maybe I had set my expectations too high because it was a souvenir shop at Osaka Castle, but I wouldn’t recommend this shop to others.

You can put your name on almost all the chopsticks with very reasonable price, range from $7 to $30 or $40 USD. You can google translate your name to Japanese and engrave it or just do English. I've bought one pair back in 2017 (7years ago) but accidentally cracked one of them, so I went back to get more and also 4 more pair for family. All of them love it and it's probably the best gift to give it to your family and friends. Highly recommend to visit this store when you done your tour of the castle.
