Nishinomaru Garden - Osaka Castle — Attraction in Osaka

We had confirmation numbers for all 3 Apa Hotels we stayed at. Each time we checked into the hotel, they had no reservation for us. The first hotel moved us into 3 different rooms over 7 days! Customer service was horrible. The room size was unbelievably SMALL. After explaining that we were father/daughter they tried to put us in a room with 1 bed! We had to step on a bed to get to different parts of the room. Our luggage fit in. However, took up approx. 70% of the available floor space! The only positives the desk clerks did help us with directions. However, when asked to call a taxi, they charged us ¥500! We asked to check reservations to the next Apa hotel, and they refused to call! They said it was against company policy to check that the customer did infact have a reservation for the same hotel chain! The hotel did have a nice breakfast and dinner buffet. In one of the hotels. Osaka-jo Castle Illuminage 2024-2025 is held at Nishinomaru Garden Theme of illumination is on Japan Culture. There is a huge field of waves and light on the field. And horse riding warrior that rush across the field. Beautiful golden light that make it feels like rains Shitennoji Pagoda, Samurai and Sumo wrester, Tokugawa and samurai swords, amour and helmet. A huge ship in the center. You can go into the ship. The illumination seesaw is one of the fun things to try out.

On our way back from the Osaka castle we visited the Garden and it definitely was very refreshing. Large trees, a big patch of rich green grass and a lot to walk and enjoy. Get off the beaten path and go close to the castle most and you can find some benches where you can park and enjoy some amazing views around the castle and in the garden.

Very peaceful and refreshing while you as well get to add to your step count for the day which essentially equates to a mental and physical well being altogether.
