Service was fast and they were able to process the line quick. I got an iced matcha latte but was disappointed that it has more milk than matcha. The matcha was really weak, it could use a bit more.

There's people sitting on the tables but only one person out of a group who ordered from Tully's, so the atmosphere was a bit chaotic and noisy. There's also trash (napkins, straw wrappers) scattered on the floor. One group left their trays, cups and trash on the table even with the tray/trash bin next beside them. The staff might be very overwhelmed with the amount of tourist coming in but a CLAYGO sticker on every table could help them keep the place a bit tidy since some tourists are really...

Evaluating this place based on the environment and my own of coming from Brooklyn, NY and traveling the world including 5 cities in Italy, and being a self proclaimed coffee snob (the best coffee is in Hawaii btw), Tully’s has surprisingly good good and coffee. The pasta was very surprisingly tasty, with garlic, butter and a little spice. Mango smoothies are good, and coffee is pretty smooth. Of course, it’s full of tourists being inside the Osaka Castle walls, so it’s noisy and crowded. Make sure to get a table first before ordering so you’re not...

After walking all the way up to the top floor of Osaka Castle, we stopped by the famous coffee chain for some fantastic cheesecake and seasonal mount blanc latte. Haven't climbed so many stairs in such a long time, the sweetness was a wonderful delight! They also have Wi-Fi if you need to catch-up on your texts.
