🤤Taste- so good! The banana caramel pancakes had banana slices under the cream. The honey pepper comes with melted cheese on top, which was a nice pairing and meant that one was not overly sweet, and I could actually taste some egg flavor in the batter. The texture was fluffy but they were thoroughly cooked through, no soggy inside. 💁Service- they spend a lot of time explaining the "rules" to you at the beginning: everyone has to order at least 1 pancake order, it could take a long time to make, etc etc. My friend and I were indecisive about what to order, and the server came over twice to ask us "are you ready to order?", we weren't sure if she was reading our cues wrong or she was getting anxious that we hadn't ordered yet. 💴Price- yeah, not cheap, but places like this never are lol. 📖Menu- dessert soufflé pancakes are the main thing; there are a variety of drinks, and you can also add a small pudding as a set. Scones also available for eat in or take away. ⏱️Timing- Arrived around 1:30 on a Saturday afternoon to a 30 minute wait- not so bad. It's possible that after your wait is up, you will have to wait a little longer if customers haven't left yet, and the pancake making can take up to 40 minutes (ours didn't take that...

Nice pancake shop. It's a little tricky to get a reservation. You must enter the web page one day before at 8pm or go the day you want to go to the shop. You can check Twitter also to know if there are Reservations available. I say tricky because it can get pretty full really fast on weekends. The pancakes are really nice. They the fluffy type, in short, merengue ones. So a little eggy flavor it's in there. The toppings are simple but delicious. They have drinks that you can order and they also sell scones. The place is small so jot recommended for large groups or more than 4 people. They have seats for 1 person. 😀 Nice place...

今年も愛らしい茶香のサンタクロースに出逢うことができました🤭

前日の19:45🌙

茶香の前日予約に挑戦するべく写真機を握りしめ着座。

予約システムにもログインしているしメニューも選んで抜かりなし。

あとは20時になる直前に画面を更新して予約時間の10時を選んで確認に進むだけです。

ここまでは完璧だったのに光の速さで確認画面へ進むとその時間はすでに満席で、予約時間を選び直して再度挑戦するもほんの数分で全時間帯が満席になりました💧

これね、今までも何度も数え切れないくらい言っていることですが茶香の前日予約獲得できる人って一体どんな魔法を使っているの?🤔

さすがに平日であればここまでの予約争奪戦は展開されていないかもですが、週末はほんと無理(
