During my visit, I experience good customer service; employees are helpful and kind. The Red Bean is tasty (offering a sweetness blending with an earthiness which may be apparent to one familiar with eating red beans). The Sweet Potato is pleasantly light (the sweetness is subtle though each bite is like eating an edible crispy cloud). The exterior of both options really contribute a nice toasty-super-light-vanilla support (though vanilla may not be an ingredient more so than the casing just carrying the flavoring of the filling option).
