I used to love this shop; and whenever I came back to Tokyo, it was my to-go stop to pick up some cool sportswear.

However, this time, we got a terrible treatment from the staff and I will never go back to this shop anymore.

I took my brother who's a big football guy to try out some clothing. The dressing room was very small and with no handle or solid wall. (it was like a temporary tent.) The floor was very slippery and my brother lost his balance while changing the pants. He accidentally knocked off few socks on the display ( nothing was broken and could be place back easily).

The guy staff rudely took away the pants and kicked us out without asking if my brother was okay. He gave us such a big attitude with no legitimate reasons.

I believe it is the shops responsibility to make sure the environment is safe for the customers. I am thankful that my brother only had a small sprain ankle.

With this kind of services, I do not recommend people to...

Blanc have the pause line which is not really available over online shopping sites, itz fashion meets comfortness, I buy tonnes of them whenever I'm in town, itz not the ordinary descente line, so check it out...
