Overall is not bad.
We, my wife, two children, and i, recently had afternoon tea shaved ice at this restaurant where the shaved-ice exceeded expectations, offering flavors that were above average and enjoyable. The servers were not only efficient but also displayed genuine warmth and hospitality, which enhanced our dining experience. However, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of respect shown by the owner or manager when my son accidentally cut and wounded his hands on pieces of broken glass that was part of their servingware.
The glass of ice tea was fallen when my son push the glass on the tiled table. The glass was broken and crashed to sharp pieces. As i understand this kind of material was banned to use in foodware many where in the world.
It's concerning that such graded glassware was being used to serve guests, compromising their safety. Despite the positive aspects of the desserts, the incident with the glass overshadowed my overall impression of the restaurant. I hope they reconsider their choice of glassware to ensure the safety of their patrons in the future.
