I recently purchased a Louis Vuitton bracelet at this store for ¥45,200 the bracelet was put on to me and rushed me to make the purchase without checking the item , expecting a slightly lower level of luxury quality However, upon returning to my hotel, I was horrified to discover that the bracelet was rusted — not just scratched, but genuinely damaged in a way that shouldn't have been sold as a high-end item. This was an absolute shock.

What’s even more disappointing is that I wasn't provided with the proper packaging or certificates (no box, no papers) which is standard for luxury goods. This left me with an even stronger feeling that I was misled. The rusted bracelet I received was not what I had expected from a reputable brand like Louis Vuitton, and frankly, for the price I paid, I could have bought a brand new one directly from an official store for ¥76,000.

When I contacted the shop to request a refund, my request was flatly rejected, which shows their disregard for customer satisfaction. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I can’t believe a store would sell such poor-quality goods without any responsibility for the product they’re putting out.

I strongly urge potential buyers to double-check their items before purchasing, as I truly never expected a luxury brand item to be sold in such a condition. I will never return to this store again, and I will make sure to warn others to be cautious when...

I was in Tokyo traveling and enjoying the vintage shopping. I had a very bad experience at this shop. I tried on a purse and the zipper flap detached due to the quality of the bag. The staff here held me hostage and forced me to pay for the bag threatening to call the police. I am not from here so of course I complied but I felt like I had no choice. If they have bags in bad condition they should not allow clients to touch the bag or have signage. The bag was behind a counter and the employee gave it to me, allowing me to touch it.
