This store has possibly the rudest person I met on my holiday to Japan. He works on the 3rd floor instruments. He refused to stop testing an effects pedal to allow me to test a guitar I was interested in buying, after he continued to look at the computer when i was trying to speak with him. When he did look at me he only grunted shook his head and I could tell he viewed me with contempt and he refused to help me.
