i went into this sofmap on a busy sunday evening hoping to use their bathroom. it was located all the way on the 4th floor, must be so that i can have a wonderful view of akiba while using it. no, instead i am met with complete darkness, no lights in the bathroom. the stall had no bidet, after being accustomed to the glory of god that is the bidet during my trip i was so sad to not use one here, i did not feel clean afterwards. the toilet was also made for tiny people, it was so close to the ground. after finishing my work i escaped that dungeon labeled mens bathroom and was met with the sofmap bright lights and white walls, white floors. i thought i was in heaven. while i was gone fighting for life my girlfriend decided to buy a rog ally handheld gaming computer. wonderful, i dont like having money anyway. the employees were very helpful, amazing people. the transaction went by very very smoothly, i lost my money very quick. thank you sofmap! i...

When I visited on Sep.2025, I tried to ask stock of the used PC that was shown in web and it informed that it is stock in the store. But, just only find existence by shopper, it tooks around 1 hours from them panic due to unexpected missing out of the stock and they found it. Finally I had to buy same model of PC at Jan-para.

And pricing of them purchasing used PC, Sofmap is apperentry lower than other shops.

For example, in now, GPD win 3 will be purchased aronud the price of buying is 31,000jpy (in normal condition) at Iosys.

But, Sofmap said that the maximum price is 20,000JPY whether the condition is perfect or not.

And for checking the condition for them pricing, it took 2.5hours. (In case of Janpara, you just wait under 1 hour.)

If you want save your money and time, you have to go to the Iosys or Jampara for purchasing and...
