The staff are really kind. However if you are a foreigner like me and don’t want to accidentally get yelled at and you are just there for 1) a take out drink 2) collaboration merchandise. Follow the steps below.

1. I recommend having a picture of the collaboration you are aiming for because they have multiple ones ongoing at the same time (for merchandise at least). The front desk staff is a gem and will do her best (even clarify rules such as take out drinks don’t count towards the minimum for a special postcard). (Mine was the Nu:Carnival event running from 25.9.5 to 26.11.9. I visited on 25.9.10)
2. Your take out drink will be on the 3rd floor. Even if you see your drink ready DO NOT ATTEMPT TO GRAB!!! The staff get nervous and so do you.
3. Go to the waiting room on the 3rd floor and wait for your drink to arrive! The lids and straws are on the side. DO NOT DRINK YOUR DRINK IN THE WAITING ROOM!!!! The signs are a little confusing on the table but the waiting room IS NOT a karaoke room. It is a room meant for taking pictures with your newly purchased merchandise or for your take out drink.
4. Enjoy! P.S if you finish your drink OUTSIDE the store you can always go back to the front desk and ask them to dispose of it for you

I hope this helps… or at least I hope the store gets inspired to make even clearer signs. I’m so sorry for the inconvenience and the accidental stress and raised voices...

今まで訪れた日の中で最悪でした。 水曜日の夕食後にいつものカラテツに行ったのですが、カウンターの対応がとても残念でした。 カウンターのメニューを確認しながら、通常のメニューがあるかどうか聞いたら、何の返事もなく他のメニューを見ていた友人の手の上に荒々しく置いておきました。 一旦は過ぎましたが、その後も口調で私たちが何か過ちをして怒られているような気がしました。 部屋に入ってから電話に出たり、飲み物を持ってきてくれる他のスタッフの方々はとても親切でした。 機械に問題があって20分ほど利用に遅れがあったし、新しく持ってきてくれたリモコンもとても遅くて利用に不便でした。 利用時間終了10分前に連絡をお願いしましたが、来ませんでした。 利用を終えて計算のために出てきた時、職員がいなくてベルを押して、さっきと同じ対応で計算後に出る時、席を外すベルをパチッと音がするようにカウンターに置いて私たちが驚いて振り向くと私たちを見ていました。 私たちが何を間違ったのでしょうか。 別の日のカウンターのスタッフはとても親切でした。

It was the worst day I've ever visited. After dinner on Wednesday, I went to Karatetsu, which I always go to, and the counter staff's response was very disappointing. When I checked the menu on the counter and asked if there was a regular menu, the employee roughly placed the regular menu on the hand of a friend who was looking at the other menu without any reply. After that, the employee responded with an unkind tone so that we felt like we were being scolded for doing something wrong. Other employees who answered the phone or brought drinks after entering the room were very friendly. There was a problem with the machine, so there was a delay in using it for about 20 minutes, and the new remote control was very slow, so it was inconvenient to use. We asked the counter to contact us 10 minutes before the end of the service, but it didn't come. When we finished using it and came out to pay, there was no staff, so we rang the bell, and the staff had the same attitude as before to help us with the payment, and when we left the store, the staff put the empty bell down on the counter so hard that we were surprised and looked at us. Did we do something wrong? The counter worker on the other day...

Eng : The karaoke itself was great! Can easily get in if it's the weekday too. Plus the student price for the afternoon timings are really good. However, the staff are horrible. Just saying I am a foreigner who can speak japanese. I don't visit too often so I was asking the staff questions regarding the student pack and Collab. Her tone was very rude and sounded like she was scolding me/looking down on me. I had to download the app to get the student pack, which I didn't know, she let out a sigh and rolled her eyes once I told her sorry I have to download the app. I felt like I was being polite the entire time but she was at a constant rush even thought there wasn't a like or anything to rush for. I had to ask her about the Collab multiple times before she handed over the menu and goods list for the Collab. Absolutely horrible customer...
