I just recently found out about this place, even thought I am living in Shimokita for the past 2 years. I always went to Setagaya City Hall that is far from the station, but this place is so much more convenient, and the builing looks ways better. People who work here are very helpful, genki and pleasant to talk to, just I haven’t heard them...

What a pity. Very disappointed in this hot weather they don’t have a glass of water for new resident. At 4:30 when i call them for the directions thru tried their best to change my visit AS THEY WERE CLOSING IN 30 MINUTES. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

Very helpfull people here and always someone that speaks english to help you fill out the forms. If you go early - you never wait more than 30 minutes for anything to be done. Usually I was done within 15 minutes and I went around...

下北沢にある世田谷区総合支所や北沢エリアではもっとも広いホールや集会所からなる施設。地下には本多グループの劇場B1があります。施設の丁度真ん中辺りにあるエレベーターから5Fに上がると、誰でも利用できる屋上庭園があります。また、12Fのスカイサロンは抜群の眺望で、会合など人の集まる催しにはオススメです。以前に比べると利用料金がかなり高くなりましたが、それでもあの眺望の良さには変えられませんね。

北沢タウンホールの地下にある下北沢小劇場。行政の管轄なのに昔ながらの小劇場の雰囲気が漂っていて好感が持てました。でも椅子はしっかりしていてお尻が痛くなるようなことはありません。またロビーが広いのもいいですね。ただ下北沢には似たような名前の劇場が多いので間違えやすいですね。
