I from the US and I am older male intermediate and have been in Tokyo for three weeks. The hotel concierge recommended Mintmat. Its been wonderful to maintain the continuity of my yoga practice at Mintmat while I'm in Tokyo. I have taken yoga classes at Mintmat in English and Japanese even though I don't speak Japanese. It seems to me, yoga has a language and flow of its own, so I have been able to keep along with the practice regardless of the language difference. The instructors are terrific. The classes are small. The studio is very lovely and hygenic. They have mats, blocks, etc. The cost is very reasonable.
