One of my favorites. Since it's only counter seats, sometimes you may have to wait to be seated. Portion is good and dumplings are great. It's different from Ramen noodles, and I love them with garlic. The system is simple. Purchase tickets of dishes you would like to eat from vending machine first. They serve water which contains stick of charcoal which makes the water mind. They have branches in other locations and will strongly suggest to try them out. Durante il nostro recente viaggio a Tokyo, passeggiando per le strade di Hiroo e sollecitati da un discreto appetito, abbiamo deciso di provare il Tokyo Abura Soba Hiroo Branch.

-Cibo: Ho ordinato l’Abura Soba, la specialità del ristorante. I noodles erano ben cotti e la salsa oleosa aveva un buon sapore. Era nel complesso gustoso e soprattutto soddisfacente. -Servizio: Il servizio è stato rapido ed il personale gentile. Anche se non parlavano molto inglese, il menu in inglese ha facilitato l’ordinazione. *Anche qui, come in tanti locali in Giappone dove si consuma Soba, vi equipaggeranno di apposito grembiulino per preservare la pulizia dei vostri abiti. -Atmosfera: Il ristorante è piccolo e accogliente, con un’atmosfera informale. È un buon posto per un pasto veloce, ma non aspettatevi un ambiente raffinato. I posti a sedere sono limitati, quindi potrebbe essere necessario aspettare un po’ per un tavolo.
