The brand itself is the by far the best and highly recognised not only in Japan but in the world. I myself, is a big fan, love your work so much, I drink coffee from your mug every day
Perhaps, this world-class tier of you make you neglect one little but very important thing: customer services. As have seen in other comments, a lot of customers feel xenophobic vibe in the store, and found the staffs are not very friendly. I just really hope that maybe they just have had a very bad day so they acted like that. I don't want to lose my favour to McCoys, which is one of my favourite brand, and the one I always admire. I come from abroad, the Tokyo store, considered a flagship store in its origin country, I expect a lively experience; I would live to discuss products, ask about materials or whatever, which is considered my hobby.

Read more일본에서 방문한 여럿 매장중에 인생 최악에 매장이었습니다. 도쿄 시부야에 리얼맥코이가 있다고 해서 일본가는날만 기달리고 있었어요.드디어 리얼맥코이 매장을 가서 무스탕을 사고 싶어서 직원 응대를 받는데,제가 아메카지 초보인이라서 디테일에 차이를 당연히 모를수밖에 없었어요. 직원 인상착의(머리길이가 어깨까지오고,몸무게는 65kg정도,키는173cm정도) 멸치같은 새끼가 옷에 대한 디테일을 설명해 준답시고 엄청 무례하게 그것도 제 몸을(팔꿈치쪽을)과격하게 때리면서,여기 디테일을 봐라!! 하면서 완전 무례하게 저 몸을 여러차례 때리는데,정말이지..화가 머리끝까지 올라왔습니다. 정말 참고 또 참았습니다.여기서 제가 똑같이 대응을 하게되면 멸치같은 새끼랑 똑같은 인간이 되니깐요. 무스탕 옷을 구매하러 갔다가 완전 봉변을 당하고 왔습니다. 요새 일본에서 혐한이 있다고 들었는데,제가 막상 그 상황에 닥치니깐 와… 순간 이걸 어떻게 대응을 해야하지? 라고 생각했습니다. 이 상황을 아무리 이해할려고 해도 이해할수가 없었습니다. 두번다신 가고 싶지도 않고,이렇게 매너도 없고 무례한 리얼맥코이는 없어져야 한다고 생각합니다. 시부야에 있는 리얼맥코이 가실려고 하시는 분들은 부디 조심하세요.
