One of my favorite spots that I visited in Tokyo! The Roastery by Nozy Coffee is a popular coffee shop and well-deserved. They're a roastery, so they roast their own beans and have coffee beans for sale. The price is a little more expensive than other places, but it's worth it. I ordered the Cafe Latte with Peru Santa Monica beans. They have two selections of beans that you can choose from for your drink. Each sip was amazing, you can taste the quality of the coffee. The coffee is excellent, if you're a coffee snob, this is definitely the place to visit. follow @food.vince on instagram and tiktok for more travel eats!

Came for the hand drip coffee. After quite good explanation of the beans and recommendation we chose two different beans, of which one was award winning, to then see that its just prepared in a small french press? Since when does this count as a hand drip coffee? Both coffees tasted not good and were scratchy in the throat due to the bean powder residue. Mine tasted burnt and the other one just tasted super acidic. The weird thing is i even saw a v60 dripper in the back later on which leaves me wondering even more why the french press was used instead without leaving me the choice of brewing method? I dont mind paying these kinda prices if the coffee is good but this was bad and we just left the coffee standing...
