Bagolina — Restaurant in Pristina

Me and my cousins gathered together after some time of not seeing each other to have brunch, and we were pretty excited so we chose Bagolina since we’ve seen a lot of talk about it in social media. The waiter was so rude and ignoring us most of the time, wouldn’t even wait to get the full order and pretty much just gave us a bad attitude. We felt really uncomfortable, most of my cousins started getting mad and wanted to confront him about it. The food arrived very very late, it was really cold and I can honestly say it wasn’t even good. I order a bagel since they were very famous for it, and would rate it 3/10. My sister and my cousin ordered pancakes, they took 45 minutes to arrive, and they were a very small portion and really cold, half of them burnt. My sister ordered a toast and it seemed like the waiter forgot to put in the order so she had to wait an hour for her food to come. Overall we had a terrible experience. The service was bad, the coffee was mediocre, the women’s restroom didn’t have any hand soap, and the bagels were overpriced and lacking flavor. I ordered a small biscuit latte and they brought me the biggest they had arguing that’s the only size they serve (which isn’t true at all). The latte was incredibly sweet (even for a person with a sweet tooth like me) and the waiter, clearly seeing I had only taken a sip or two of the big sized latte and had put it aside, didn’t bother to either ask what was wrong with it or apologize for its obviously poor quality. BAGOLINA IN AKTASH Breakfast 👌7/10 Service 3/10, maybe I’m unlucky and same waitresses come to me. They don’t keep distance with guests. I try to be polite with them and I try to smile when I order or to say thank you in Albanian.
