Papirun — Restaurant in Pristina

Papirun is a great fast option if you need to grab some lunch downtown. They have very cheap, tasty, but most importantly FAST sandwiches (universal favorite seems to be the chicken crunch sandwich, which is chicken fried with corn flake crust, with a "slaw" of corn and pickles and some kind of russian dressing-like sauce), pretty darn good fajitas, soups, salads, etc. It's jam packed at noon, so if you want to sit down, come early or late (11:30 or 1). I do NOT recommend the chicken burger (it's very strange color and taste...), and if you don't like mayo, get it "pa sos". I recently visited Papirun, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations! The menu offers a fantastic variety of sandwiches, from classic options to creative combinations that cater to every taste. I tried the chicken crunch sandwich, and it was phenomenal – fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced.

What truly sets this place apart is the quality of the ingredients. The bread was fresh and fluffy, and the fillings were vibrant and packed with flavor. You can tell they put a lot of thought into every bite.

Horrible experience with Papirun! Their service and delivery were a complete disaster. To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to charge an extra 2 euros for a short delivery distance!

The customer service was beyond disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns and showed no remorse for the delays and extra fees.

Save yourself the trouble and avoid Papirun at all costs. The food might be passable, but the appalling service and delivery make it a terrible choice. There are much better options out there, so don't waste your time and money...
