Zefirs — Local services in Riga

The company that I m working , had booked the tables and ordered a lot of pizzas anf as employes choosed tgr kind of pizza, kitchen will make it asap. They got a promise from this place that everything will be fine and smooth and they will manage pizzas for all people. Me and several other people left this place after waiting 2 hours!! (My friend took beeper and gone to ask at thr bar about pizza, but they said that we should wait more).This is ridiculous. Accept to feed approx hundred person and .. they even not asked to people, maybe someone still waiting for pizza. I took a piece of pizza from my colleague that ordered with me in same time and well pizza is kinf of taaty, but it ia not worth this price. You pay just because Antonijas street is near. I also should say that I ordered pizza just before most of others came on place. If you see more than 5 people there then skip it because you get...

I go here once a year and it used to be nice experience. Last time was a month ago and it was a disaster and embarrassment. We reserved a table at the terrace for 15 people. The waiting staff had unpleasant attitude, like - why have you come here vibe. Most surprising part was we were waiting for waiter to come for a good while, then when we came to the bar, the barman said we have to order at the bar. Lucky that one of us had pen and paper and we had to make an order for 15 people ourselves. From all the things we ordered they forgot to bring about 3 drinks, for which we have to pay again. We were there soon after opening and the place wasn't really busy, maybe 3 tables occupied only. Overall it was very embarrassing for me - inviting my guests from USA, who are used to a very good customer service and receiving a shit attitude from staff, everyone was surprised and dissapointed. Yesterday was the first time at Zefirs. My vegetarian sandwich was mixed up and I got a meat one instead. Although I was a little suspicious of the sausage in the sandwich but I trusted that the place wouldn’t feed meat to a vegetarian and that the sausage was made of soy. Halfway through the dish the waiter came to announce it was, indeed, a meat sandwich and brought the vegetarian version instead. As a response to my obvious disappointment the waiter suggested that I get waisted that eve and forget about the incident. I’m 9 months pregnant, about to give birth. As if it wasn’t tough enough being very pregnant, I had to deal with tummy issues the following day as I haven’t had meat in 15 years. So, be sure to double check if you get what you ordered.
