Just visited with my friend and boyfriend, and we were hoping to browse the shop. It took us awhile to find unfortunately and by the time we found it, we only had 20 minutes until closing time. The woman in the store was unbelievably rude and unwelcoming, claiming the cash register was closing already, 15 minutes earlier than what it said on Google, and encouraging us to leave. Read moreOne of my, if not my top favorite place I visited in Riga. A small but beautiful area. An artists/photographers dream and anyone who is interested in beautiful architecture. Inside this building we were taken back into the time, through the detailed design of the rooms and the staff, who were dressed in 19th century garments. The staff were very friendly and in a very good mood, very welcoming. The tickets were also very decently priced. 100% recommend, a must-see in Riga!
