Check-in instructions were easy to follow. Got our keys from the mailbox, followed the instructions to parking, and checked into our unit E-3A-8. It's on the same floor as the parking, and just a straight walk through the lift lobby.

There are two rooms, one with queen bed and single bed, which also has an attached bathroom, and another small room that has two single beds. The bathroom beside this small room is small too, the kind where everywhere will be wet when taking a shower. No hooks behind the door, so nowhere to hang stuff.

There is a washing machine in the "wet kitchen" area, washing powder is provided too. Other appliances include water dispenser, fridge, and microwave oven. The balcony looks out to the highway, with KK Sentral and Ming Garden Hotel in view. The living room is spacious, two air-conditioners are installed here.

It was an OK stay. Average cleanliness, bathroom not as clean (e.g. hair on drainage cover not removed) but at least no weird smell. Water dispenser not connected directly to water supply, but through the tap, so need to switch modes. Washing machine has drying function, but be aware the cooling down period takes 4 hours or more. We stayed at The Loft Imago for a 2-night family staycation in their 4-bedroom unit. The location is fantastic—being in the same building as the mall made shopping super convenient. The place itself is spacious and has a beautiful design, especially the living room and kitchen. The garden and swimming pool were also great for family time.

However, there were some major issues that need attention. The air conditioners in the rooms were old and not cold at all, we had to rely on ceiling fans, which still didn’t help much. The bathrooms were also quite dirty, with visible stains that made them feel unclean.

This place don't deserve 1 star. Building maintainance terrible everywhere dark and dirty. The unit we stayed in is in the worst condition i've ever seen in an Airbnb unit. The floor is so dusty and dirty, all walls in the unit are dirty, all doors are stained with dirt, whole unit is filled with mold, broken floor, dirty toilet, broken kitchen cabinets, dirty beds, dirty toilet seats, airconditioner is not cold and smell weird as if it's not been service in years and smelly elevator.
