Massage was ok but really regretted getting the facial and gua sha treatment. Paid for full amount prior to session which on hindsight seemed weird. Had I experienced abit of the service first, I probably wouldn’t go ahead with the facial and gua sha.

I enjoyed the body massage but a number of things made me uneasy and prompted me to write this negative review, something I rarely do.

Gua sha advertised as using a crystal stone gua sha tool (see picture) but was surprised when they used what look like a bull horn on my back. It felt sharp, rough and unpleasant. I told the masseuse and she said she will come back with another tool. This time, she used a ceramic bowl instead. Just your average rice bowl. It did not feel good at all and so I asked her to just use her hands, no gua sha, just the usual body massage.

Then came the facial, she left many times during this session, supposedly to prepare but sometimes it took up to 5 mins. About 10-15 mins of face steaming, felt very long. The worse was the extractions, it was extremely painful, I had to stop the treatment. I was in tears and she still tried to continue saying I had many blackheads on my nose. I stopped it and continue with facial, very light massage, seem to focus on my chin area not cheeks, again weird. The ad did say “eliminate whiteheads and blackheads”, I’m thinking it’s the products not actual extraction. Thankfully the products didn’t cause a bad reaction. Red marks left on my forehead and nose because of the extractions, lasted 2 days. Had to cover up with make up.

If you just did the body massage, it is what you expect for the cheap price $105. However I cannot recommend the facial, for $109,...

We came here with high expectations as it was for a special occasion, but unfortunately, our experience at Siam Wellness Centre & Beauty Spa in KK Times Square was very disappointing.

We had even mentioned in our booking notes that this was a birthday celebration and hoped for a little extra attention, but from the very start, the service felt cold and unwelcoming. When we arrived, some staff were sitting on the customer seats eating, which gave a very unprofessional first impression.

When washing our feet, the water used was cold, not even room temperature, which immediately set the wrong tone for what was supposed to be a warm and relaxing experience.

During the massage, the therapists looked tired and disinterested, almost as if they didn’t want to work. Their skills felt unprofessional and inconsistent, lacking the relaxing flow and proper technique you would expect from a professional spa. Instead of feeling refreshed, we left feeling unsatisfied and uncomfortable.

After the massage, we wanted to use the toilet, but there were no staff around to assist us. We had to call out “hello” several times before someone finally came out and casually pointed us to the toilet. When we were leaving, some staff were even sitting on the floor, which only added to the unprofessional image of the place.

Considering the price and reputation, we had hoped for at least a decent level of care, but this turned out to be one of the worst spa experiences we’ve ever had. Sadly, we cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for quality massage or good...

Terrible experience here with the reservation system. Walked in to make an appointment for 3.15pm at 2.45pm. We went back on time for our massage at 3.15pm but they said it was full.

After some back and forth, they said they could accommodate us so we waited. After about 15 minutes at 3.30pm, we asked them how long we would have to wait. They told us we would have to wait for 30 minutes, despite us already making an appointment.

The same happened to our friend who made another appointment for 3.15pm.

While i cannot make any comment on the quality of the massage, i am extremely disappointed at the lacklustre service of the staff. They allowed us to make a reservation while they could not even accommodate us. And even lied to us saying they could when they obviously couldn’t, wasting our time even more. I would appreciate a more organized booking system and honesty.

For anyone trying to make an appointment in the future, i do recommend ensuring there is capacity...
