My family and I have very fantastic experience dining at Hai Di Lao in Sabah, Imago. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The service was exceptional very attentive, friendly especially Chang Huang and Chau Vui Sun, and always ready to assist with a smile. They truly went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable meal.

The variety of soup bases was impressive, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. We especially loved the signature tomato soup and the golden fish maw broth — so flavorful! The ingredients were high quality, and the presentation was spot on. The dipping sauce station offered a great range of choices to customize our flavors.

One thing that really stood out was the small thoughtful touches complimentary snacks while waiting. They prepare even hair ties and aprons for dine in. These little things made the whole experience more enjoyable and unique.

3. Birthday request is common, the uncommon is customers can request "break up" singing/dancing requests
4. Foc manicure + foc ice cream inside the same room.
5. Lucky draw (Foc 3 plates of meat)
6. Waitresses will guide you thru the menu via iPad & advise not to over order
7. Waitresses will keep clearing rubbish/plates from your table & replenish soup/water
8. Washroom have free tampons/mouth wash etc
9. Problem with your bill, they'll deduct whatever necessary without any question asked & re-print the receipt in 3 seconds.

Alight at Entrance D, when you see HaiDiLao signage at level 2, there is the restaurant situated, there is an escalator up to level 2 can be seem from Entrance D. The sea facing is nice view.

Food is ok, what I love is the free manicure. I think this is one most important reason why I dine here.

The food tasting is overall the same across their outlets. As long as the HaiDiLao “feel” is there, then it is safe to eat at because this is international brand. The beef slice is always a must to order, however the seafood selection is very less.
