I was going to buy a promotion wallet at parkson imago. It was suppose to be a christmas present actually. So i ask if the wallet comes with a box, because wallets use to be packed in box. But the lady at the counter just said, we are out of boxes. I was so surprised at this attitude. It made feel embarrased, as if i do not have the money. I put down the wallet and just passed by. And it hits my heart along the way, because I was really into that wallet. But as a customer, i think they should also care, even though we are buying something on discount, it doesn't mean we do not have money. It just that, we do not want to waste money on something when we can get discounted one. Money are hard to earn these days. I see my children struggles to work for basic payment. Place to go to with family and love ones to go shopping. But it's huge "turn off" mood when you being greeted with untrained & rude Staff in Hush puppies 🐶 department just now. I found her attitude was very unpleasant, showing unhappy face/body language towards me and family. I'm really angry with her. But I'm trying not release unsatisfactory towards her.

Kudos to the honesty of the staffs managing the bags section at Timbuk and around it. Lost a hat bought from Penang which was pretty meaningful. On discovery of the lost, next day (today 12th Jan 2020) gone back and see if anyone seen the hat. And soo happy the hat was found and kept in a safe place.
