Probably the worst and inconvenient apartment I ‘ve stayed , booked thru agoda supposed to be sunset seaview vacation condo but I was staying at the loft block E which was facing to the roadside and slight city view , the 2 bedroom was spacious though but not well maintained , the towels given was dirty , pillow covers too , no sofa but bed on the living , tv remote was broken , internet speed was slow , the entrance was at the back of the building which was not very safe. I was regret to pay and stay for 3 nights wth..

Overall okay, the only good value is the staff are well done, homestay inside are not very clean, quite dusty, some furniture are quite mess. Access to mall also not available, only have to go down ground floor, then access back via entrance door. The view are damn good 👍 👌

The room is very nice with direct sea view. My family can see a sunset without needing to go to the beach. The only thing I wish the owner prepared for the guests is iron board. It's kinda hard to iron the clothes on the table.

Stayed at loft A. ||Felt like not welcome when the security refused to let us wait in the lounge area, we have to stand outside in the heat while I have to make a call to the property on which I had no clue initially that they have no counter to check in. I have to look for the number in the app|The good sides: |1. Has washing machine with dryer suitable for us thst been staying in kk for 3 days|2. Spacious room |3. Has 2 bedrooms which is suitable for big family or big group |4. Next to Imago shopping mall with access to variety of restaurants & shop||The not so good sides:|1. air con in the living room not working |2. The big lamp in the living room not working |3. Sofa a bit worn out|4. Only 2 towels provided|5. Not used to the rules that we have to discard our own rubbish with no housekeeping |6. Guess the place is suitable for big group but for small group better get a nice hotel with...

I pre-arranged an early check out at Loft E at 6 am on 25.1.2020 as we had to be at the airport (nearby) by 6:30 am. No-one turned up. I tried calling them but the office was unattended so I left messages. We were owed a room deposit of 160 ringgit (about $60 Australian). I received a call that night from Awee of Sunset and Seaview saying he did not know how to repay the deposit, now we were back in Australia and that they were too busy to do it now. I later got a text asking if I had Paypal on 31.1.20. I set up Paypal and texted straight back. Almost two weeks later and the deposit has still not been repaid. Very...
