We arrived ( my elderly mom, sister & me) at SR imago around 1:30pm . Staff took our order . and we waited 1hr , the food not yet arrived . but customer next to us , arrived later than us already serve the food , same order . and my drinks only a warm water. not even serve us a drink.

i called the staff, not even apologizing , ask me to shut up and wait. and dare to look at my eyes while serving food next to my table .

turns out they dont even key in our order in the systems , and let us waiting more.

To SR Staff Imago, you guys are disappointment to treat an elderly women and us as a customer.

Will never come here again. food bland, rice uncooked , staff horrible, restaurant dirty , overpriced....

For those who loves spicy food, I don't recommend y'all to go here tbh. I went to this place with my friends for berbuka and I ordered Spicy Seafood Medley Pasta and Boba Mint Chocolate; total RM38. The drink is good but I barely taste the mint. The boba is chewy and I like it. Now for the food I must say that I'm really not satisfied. I don't taste any spicy at all. I even asked them to make it extra spicy but all I got is plain taste with no spiciness at all. The portion is really small for me that I finished it with only 5 to 6 bites only. Overall, the place is good and the quality of their food and beverage are also good. Btw, the food in my picture is not Spicy Seafood Medley Pasta because they sent me...
