Place is okay. Service is good. Friendly team. Hurm, i don't know maybe it's me or but the signature bang bang fresh milk brown sugar is not a thing. I am not a fan of the boba. And this one tasted weird. Like eating plastic. Or am i getting old. Not sure. Turns out, i only like the brown sugar. Ate like 3 bobas and i throw away the remaining bobas, my teeth cannot afford to chew them. 😅 Here's my personal recommendation I just tasted Majestea's fresh milk brown sugar few days ago at Lintas Plaza (use google map and type Majestea, this is not a paid review) 😅 it is addictive. I ought to go there but on second thought i hated going through the crossed traffic light there.

Ordered 2 beverage and chicken popcorn. both beverage taste too sweet. Not like other tealive ive been. One staff there not being polite after i complained. She didnt apologise and make upset faces to me. So disappointed. Bad service

Ordered from this place several times with multiple items at a time. Prior to today, they provided a bag but today they didn't. Saw 2 other orders had bags and I asked the girl with colour contacts and braces why didnt I get a bag? She said it costs RM0.30. Huh?

No one likes being lied to. I asked the other customer if they paid for the bag, and...
