ZUS Coffee - Imago Shopping Mall — Restaurant in Borneo

One worker there with the hijab was being pathetic. I was showing her the order, even letting her grab my phone to see if it isnt clear, she was being rude for no reason and didn't even type the right, when i told her about it her response being "nda nmpk bah tulisan kecil". I legit told you to take it. If you wanted to be awfully biased in what customer you get, you might as well put a billboard that says "xmau orang miskin beli sini" cause thats the vibe im getting from you. I couldn't believe that afterwards another customer whos obviously rich looking came and she was being nice and polite. Pleaseeee fire this person if she couldnt handle basic service...

Went for 3 orders of drinks few weeks ago but sadly I had to wait approx 40 minutes and the people behind me in line got theirs first. Turns out they somehow misplaced my order and I had to re-order everything. It was a busy evening and they don't look like they're short of hands. I had to spend almost an hour to get my drinks and one of it was wrong but thankfully my mom isn't picky. I didn't have the time to wait again so I just kept my cool. The barista did apologise to me upon handing my drinks but I just think it is awful to wait that long just to get my order wrong. Definitely not...

Atmosphere sucks … too noisy and crowded . But worst of all is the service . Our drinks took so long to arrive . I don’t even know how long must it take to make two cup of coffee . I started to become frustrated because I kept checking the counter for my drinks and they still haven’t made it and they told me to wait until they call my name. How am I supposed to know if they call my name if the atmosphere is too noisy . People who sit at the corners cannot even tell if their drinks are made .
