M Patisserie — Restaurant in Johor

I was at M Patisserie with my 2 friends on a Saturday afternoon to celebrate my friend's bachelorette, and we were pleasantly surprised by the private dining room that were offered to us. From start till the end, the entire high tea experience felt very 'lux' and we were very well taken care of. Can't believe this place hasn't blown up yet because it definitely felt like a hidden gem!!!

They even accommodated to my cream cheese allergies and replaced the treats with other options, which was great. And for RM68/per pax, you'll eventually leave feeling stuffed and satisfied!

The food itself was also delicious - I'd say the savoury options were the best of the lot, and the sweet treats definitely were a hit with my friends and I - especially the chocolate bars and the berry financiers!!

I want to give a special shoutout to the waiter, Ken (I hope I remembered his name right, but he wore glasses!). Ken was warm, attentive, and definitely made us feel at home during the entire experience. He checked in on us and accommodated to our requests, and always did so with a smile on his face. I would have given it all 5 stars save for the fact that i couldnt get myself a corner table this conversations within my table are a wee bit difficult to carry on without interruptions and distractions as we were near the entrance and the place WAS busy. I ordered the International High Tea Set for two even though there were 4 of us. I explained to the pastry chef, Ying Wei that we had lunch prior, and we just wanted a place to talk and drink tea. She very considerately proposed a two pac tea set but provided us 4 plates and cups to share. The place isn't exactly easy to spot as it was on the 2nd floor of a stretch of 4-storey shoplots. M Pattiserie belongs to the same boss as Monaco Fine dining, which is found on the first floor. Overall, the pastries are FIRST CLASS! Delicate, fresh, fragrant, variety and a pleasure paired with the delicate Gryphon Breakfast Tea, we oohed and ahhhed at every single piece of scone, open top sandwich, croissant, tart and macaroon before placing it gingerly in our mouths. Such exquisite tastes! Will definitely come back for more and be reminded NOT to have lunch before...

I had the pleasure of experiencing high tea at M Patisserie, and it was absolutely delightful.

The ambiance was elegant yet cozy, with soft classical music and tasteful décor that made the whole setting feel special.

The high tea tray was a visual treat—beautifully arranged truffle egg mayo croissant, warm scones with clotted cream and jam, and an impressive array of miniature pastries that looked almost too good to eat.

Each bite was packed with flavor. The scones were buttery and fresh, the pulut hitman with yam had the perfect zing, and the egg tart with bird's nest was a standout. The tea selection was broad, and my pearl of the orient was fragrant and refreshing.

Service was impeccable—our server was knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure everything flowed smoothly without being intrusive.
