Tot of trying out since seeing a lot of recommendation in XHS. Went there yesterday 12/10/22, crowded and waited 30 mins for my turn even with appointment made earlier & with confirmation via whatsapp.

Ambience very dirty and u can see its not well organize and stuffs r here & there. cashier counter is very dirty and messy with full of water bottles & rubbishes. VERY STRONG CHEMICAL SMELL (in the saloon & even after my hair washed！）

Hair do lousy hair cut, the artist seems very tired and charging RM40 for such a simple hair cut with "cincai" attitude lousy hair colour done up, colour is not even and my hair root is still black in colour!

Staffs & attitude especially the 20 years old little gal but she looks very pale and tired. some are quite nice but mostly looks very very tired and seems like what d staff said due to all of them didnt take proper meal eg lunch n even dinner.

Price NOT WORTH A PENNY! i rather go somewhere else. Not sure what product r they using at all! long hair single colour RM138 (after bra line) hair cut RM40

Came here with my friend. My friend booked a dye hair session for herself and cut&wash for me. The service was quite good. I’m surprised the young lady hair dresser to be quite gentle (I usually encounter rougher female hair dresser) and friendly. Just a down side here that they don’t accept credit card which they did have a statement printed at the cashier a surcharge of 2% is required with the use of credit card. I couldn’t imagine if I needed to do more hair work that may cost a thousand and having no cc service is quite a turn down for me. I would have rated higher if there’s a flexibility in payment system and a better ambience (wires are not well organized. Can accidents step on it). I will recommend to others for simple hairdo and I think the price is quite reasonable so definitely will consider...

First and last hair colour +bleach here. Very worst experience, however the staff all are friendly but the one who helped me for applied and hair colour toning is totally not good at all . The colour that what I want is totally different on my hair (which currently my hair colour is super shining yellow can imagine like the bleach yellow ) all I have done is sit down for 4 hours to get this colour and you told me , you can dye my hair with darker colour AGAIN? Huh? Do you think I want to just sit down again for waste the 4 hours and no eating . Yes, you have did your job that ask me to come back within 2 days if still dissatisfied but this is not I want tho ….
