I did airtouch balayage and hair cut. A lady (black long hair and showing her shoulder) with bad attitude kept telling me that it will not turn out like the photo. I asked her what color she recommends but she could not even answer me. She did not smile , not even once.

the cut was the worse!!!! There are sooo many short hairs inside and now my hair gets tangled all the time. Even the line at the bottom of my hair was not rounded like what I requested but weird straight line. (I have attached the photo)

after bleaching , she added coloring and ask me to wait for 30mins. After 30 mins, she added color and ask me to wait for another 20 mins (definitely the color didn’t work so she needed to change). After 20 mins she added AGAIN!!!! And ask me to wait another 20 mins. The first coloring liquid was on my hair for more than 70 mins… I was already feeling angry in me but I hold it. It took me 6 hours 30 mins even though they reply my message saying it would take 4-5 hours with 2 times bleaching She did only one time bleaching but took 6.5 hours? She might be trying her best but you should not be trying on a customer that is paying. Please practice on someone else…

I already told her I have to leave at 5pm, but she finished around 6:20 and has the audacity to tell me that she wants to take a photo of my hair for her own record or something!!! (I politely said that I’m in a rush)

I’ve been to many saloons but her cut was the worst!!! If you do not want to have this bad experience like me, I would suggest you NOT to go here… the worst place to do your hair and I will never go back. I wanted to ask for a refund and compensation for the worst experience but I was in a rush…

There might be other great hairdressers here but this girl really messed up my hair and gave me the bad image of their hair studio.

Very bad experience, the girl stylist named Ivy attitude is not good and treat u like fool and didnt give clear recommendation and no patience. Maybe because of the fave package, actually i didnt buy fave package but walk in and paid as fave price but this should not be the service granted, they just let my fringe to cover my eyes and didnt bother to style me properly lol This is the worst salon i have been to, tot the google review is valid as they are having good overall review, the stylist no patience at all and didnt provide the consultation and colour nicely... Maybe is because of fave price package but she really has no patience and maybe not suitable to be in this service line and need to get some rest as can see she is exhausted loll.. It was my first time visited the salon today during my birthday! I must say I am extremely satisfied with everything including price wise, the outcome and the services! Everyone was so friendly. I am an introvert person and I don’t really comfortable socialise with new people plus I tend to get nervous. I was surprised I was comfortable with everything. Now I know why everyone loves Ivy. She’s really good and pretty. Hahaa. Also, the other two guy who assisted me was friendly too (Mr Blonde with tattoo and Mr glasses who washed my hair) Haha. Sadly, I didn’t get their name. I love how they recommend you things but never force you to buy anything, especially to an introverted person like me. This is gonna be my to go saloon favourite list. ❤️❤️❤️ I hope they don’t feel bad that I was waiting for them in the beginning cos I understand! It was worth the wait ❤️❤️❤️ Best birthday pampered...
