Overall 5/5 = PRICE AFFORDABLE SIA for color service and cutting service. (Price list in photo)
Value for money = 5/5 Quality = 4/5 (I'll explain below) Cleanliness = 5/5 Professional service = 5/5 (no push sales) Air conditioning temperature = cold for me (I was wearing pants until my ankles and a shirt), not hot or stuffy la.
Don't expect fancy deco because there's none of that. 3 stylists for 2 customers is pretty good for service.
Careful consultation for the colouring part to tell me what would the final colour look like. Hairstylist informed me before he went to mix the colour paste (some stylists just go and disappear goodness knows where) Hairstylist didn't talk too much when dyeing my hair. Personally, I don't like it when the hairstylist is too talkative; I thought that this hairstylist was just what I was looking for.
Quality: 4/5 Tip: Ask hair stylist to take a picture from the back to see if the dyeing is even after blow-dry. If its not even, can try and ask, "How leh?" (Not sure if they will redo. Alternatively, you can remind them gently to make sure the back dyed part looks even.)
1 tiny regret: I should have asked them to do this^ My dyeing doesn't look that even in a picture. BUT, I'll concede because price is super low and he spent 1 HR + to dye and 30-45mins to cut my hair like...
Read moreFirst of all, I've consulted one of their "experts" and I wanted to decide a color that is suitable for me, but the person wrote down a color that I didn't choose. She told me to trust her, so I did. Unfortunately, it turned out way too bright and it was inappropriate for a workplace environment. Moreover they claim that the dyes and other materials used were of good quality but I've experienced otherwise. When they were dying my hair, there was a lot of burns and sharp pains. I've dyed my hair multiple times, some even with the use of bleach and this was the most pain I've ever felt dying my hair. Hours after I've dyed my hair (no bleaching), my scalp felt extremely irritated. After that, part of my scalp actually PEELED out and there was a red spot with rashes. I dyed my hair many times and this is literally the first time this happened. Not only that, the reservation process was a pain in the neck; having to download an app just to book an appointment. It might seem tempting when you look at the price but I strongly suggest you go elsewhere, it's not worth the pain...
Read moreI love this hair salon. Found this salon on YouTube while traveling in Malaysia. I did highlight and toning for ash blonde, the price is great for the result. I got the balayage effect which is exactly I want.
Normally bleach only takes 30 minutes in Japan , the stylist left the bleach on my hair for nearly an hour which worries me a lot . Anyhow my hair still healthy after the long bleach, the hair didn’t break neither turning dry up.
The balayage effect is very natural and even, thumps up for the great technic!
I think they can make it more efficient if they can arrange 2 person to do the highlight work, one is to wrap and another one to apply the bleach. That one take up most of the time . They should look into the operation process and optimize it, which they can save up a lot of time and take more customer everyday.
I’ve done the same thing in Japan normally it only takes 90 minutes but it takes almost 2.5 hours in here to get everything done.
Overall I am very satisfy with...
