This police report was made for incident happened on 29 Nov 2024 against Mgmt of Pinnacle Sri Petaling

All our unit’s access cards are genuine from mgmt direct.

One of our access card was replaced in 2023 with RM100 paid broken and can’t access lobby door yest and get security guard assist. Security guard saw the broken card said he need confiscate cause the access card was cloned outside and not genuine. We do explained this card is genuine and replaced from mgmt office with RM100 but he insist confiscate and not return back.

Follow we received message from mgmt office say that all our others 4 access cards in their system now been blocked and can’t use anymore due to their security guard report that we using cloned card. We need to replace all our 5 access cards with paying RM500. But all our cards are genuine and get from mgmt office, how come now they unjustly accused and rob us like this?!

We went to mgmt office yest to explain that access card they confiscated with both sides printed, show them our record of pymt for that card during 2023. But they insist said the card was cloned outside, and there is agent selling printed pinnacle sri petaling access card which they found some residents used. The mgmt office handle this with very unprofessional way when we told them how frustrated we’re being treated like this, all our cards 100% from mgmt office, we’re paying mgmt fee monthly for them servicing us and solving our problem fairly but end up, we being treated this way. Sarcastic words from them and ask us to leave their office cause already 5pm and they need go back home! They didn’t investigate why cloned card that they said can sold from mgmt office but insist said we cloned it outside which we totally not!

Lastly any one here being treated same as above? If yes please sound out here as we can’t let them bully and scam our money like this, they should be treat a lesson! Any suggestion we can do for next are welcome too....

If you stay here, you can hear your neighbor banging the door gate, dogs whimpering (pets friendly condo).. due to the thin walls. Please expect the lift to run down every couple of days which you waste so much time waiting for the lift (even though the management have set certain lift for low zone & high zone). Please expect the whole building to undergo no power supply for 8hrs due to maintenance (no reason + no back up electricity) every once a couple of months..

Please as well to expect loud noise from the bar below, drunk man yelling/singing at 12am (midnight) & crazy people who doubled park at the roadside causing jam... One more thing, your parcel/delivered food gone missing at loading bay (parcel supposed to be guarded by sitting security at loading bay but.. your parcel still can gone missing n they mentioned they are not in charge for this) ..the security are mostly foreigners whom can't speak properly. Worst: the management always with a no end saying still investigating.

Here, you are not allowed to use clone cards, clone devices (such as smartphones, gestures, NFC, etc.) for the lift, or clone RFID for the car park. People are now practicing cashless and cardless methods by using their phones for everything, yet the management is "old-fashioned". The worst part?? Their scanning device can't even scan the original card held in hand at the gate for entering the parking area, very uncovenience & troublesome .. They will deactivate all your cards and ask you to pay for each and every card (RM100 per card). Good way of making income huh :)

People staying here all from multinational races. So please expect the environment to be full of outsiders/foreign workers etc. Good luck to those buying a house/staying here. It is like a student hostel with low...

Location ultra convenient for those who work from home. This area has everything, food, banks, convenience stores, drug stores. Even some inside condo so when it's raining you are not forced to go out. Staying in the room facing north (twin tower) - partially sunny and comfortable, however there is a night club playing loud music (the drums are the worst). Opposite side has beautiful Bukit Jalil view but no sun, and mould, and frequent honking cars due to double parking. However is still manageable. However, if you stay in partitioned balcony room be ready for the strong morning traffic noice on this side. Regarding elevators, they are divided into high/low zone. One of the high zone elevators is used to carry rubbish which brings bad smell. There are little to no elevator outages apart from one high zone elevator being blocked while doing the rubbish disposal. There are no electricity outages. Occasionally the water has brown color. I wouldn't hesitate to book room in this condo. Yes it's a bit pricy for malaysians but for foreigners this is a golden place. Guards are nice to tenants but they enforce the rules strongly because Malaysians want to park on these private premises (this is ultra popular area with double parking) as they are lazy to walk. Has proper food delivery area and parcels are guarded. Only the block A feels like hostel worker side and the lobby in block A no AC unlike "premium" block B.
