Overall: Dont expect too much if you want a "complicated hairstyle", the simple ones they can do. Like, 'peek-a-boo' hairstyle, whole hair dye, the easy ones.
I went there on 11th Feb to do my hair. I want balayage with grey highlights. I showed the hairstylist a picture for reference but the sylist said that my hair (my hair was shoulder length long) was too short and she suggested to do a peek-a-boo hairstyle, which i already did it before and i wanted a change. So, I showed more pictures of almost the same hair length of mine to the stylist and i still want to do the style i came here for. But the stylist said that it wouldnt look nice. So i asked the stylist if it was possible to do the style i wanted at a certain length, meaning to start balayage maybe dont go to far from my roots? Make the natural part look shorter instead of longer. Ive saw multiple videos and pictures of balayages and highlights on short hair but the stylist still said its not possible. So i trusted her and i thought maybe she has better hairstyle that'll suit me. So i asked her if she could do full on platinum blonde on me, i showed doja cat's hairstyle. She said that'll take a lot of bleaching and it would be in a different price. So i didnt do it because i had a bad feeling it might messed up. So i told the hairstylist to bleach my whole head and dye my bleached hair with pink dye. I was confident that my hair wouldnt take more than 3 rounds of bleaching because i did get white blonde after 3 times bleach done by my cousin. But i was disappointed, my hair didnt turn as i thought it would. Its as if they missed a step. Upon washing my bleached hair, i didnt see what shampoo they used to tone down the brassyness. After first wash, i asked the hairstylist if she used any purple shampoo but she seem to not know what purple shampoo is and i was sure she just used regular shampoo on me and thats why the brassyness in my bleached hair didn't tone down. At that point i couldnt run anywhere. I couldnt just leave the store with an uneven bleached hair. It was very patchy. So i ft hopeless and just let them dye my hair. It wasnt as great as i thought it would be. It was as if i did it on my own. Some parts of my hair werent the same colour. Very patchy. It was better to do my hair with my cousin. The hairstylist should know the existence of purple shampoo and higher percentage of developer for the bleach. Also the customer service stopped responding to me on insta dm, i asked a question regarding what shampoo they use on my hair after bleaching to avoid assuming they didnt do purple shampoo but i was left on seen. I did ask for touch up because my hair color was uneven as they provide it, but it has to be within one week from your hair appointment. I wasnt able to get that and their reply was "The stylist said that the color will be uneven, if you want to be even, you can only choose...

I visited the salon in last Tuesday on 28/3/2023 after seeing they had good offers advertised on the website and seemed really profession and high end, just to experience an NINE HOUR disaster. i should have known it was too good to be true. I would never usually go out of my way to write a bad review but I am still suffering til this day over the mockery they made of my hair. They throw you on anybody that is willing to take you and certain stylists think theyāre too boujee to take on certain clients because I came with an offer. Hair stylists need to be open and honest with their clients, if they donāt believe they can achieve something, YOU DO NOT EXPERIMENT ON YOUR CLIENTS LIKE THEY ARE LAB RATS.
(FIRST RED FLAG) I go for different packages and then they offered me with another with higher prices. When I refused to do the lady hairstylist was so rude to me in way of talking and handling my hair. (SO CARELESSNESS)
There were two treatments (relaxing and H2o treatment) which was done so quick in not even 1 hour and 30mins. For relaxing, they just applied the cream on top of hair only,not the full hair. (SO FAST AND UNPROFESSIONAL)
THE LADY HAIRSTYLIST-She behaved so so so rude to me. She handled my hair with fast process and was so harsh until i felt the pain. The way she cuts my hair also not so professional.

Not even 24 hours my hair changed back to normal dry and curly hair. I was really shocked and on the spot contacted them on instagram by sending my hair pictures. They actually dont care about my concern and being so irresponsible.Its been one week I am still trying to call and message them on insta/ws/phone calls,no reply at all.
I am really disappointed and dissatisfied with their service. I strongly not recommend this shop to anyone. I will take it upon myself and do whatever it takes to ensure nobody visits this horrible salon!! 1 star only because I have to ! PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE OR JUST CLOSE THE SHOP! At first I prefer to go for haircut and color, but then the hairstylist suggested me to take treatment and color instead, and top up RM40 for haircut. He convinced me that after colouring we should do hair treatment. And because my hair has two color tone(black at the top and light brown at the bottom), he asked whether I want to wash off (add another RM89) if not after colouring would still possible to see the color difference. But since Iām okay with my existing light brown so I just go for light brown color without washing off. (FYI the photos shown in ig mostly need to bleach, and if bleach have to top up another RM89 twice he said, as they need 2 rounds of bleaching) I thought the result would be my black hair will at least turn into lighter brown. End up the results was Iām still look the same like previous. Black hair like never coloured at all. The whole service lasted around 1 hour 20 minutes (inclusive of haircut, colouring, treatment, wash and dry). Was it because of the short colouring duration or the color mixer was too dilute Iām not really sure, just that I donāt feel itās worth the promotion price. The H20 treatment is just a normal hair mask about 10 mins. You can do it at home also. The haircut also I feel not very professional, just a feel cuts. When drying my hair, another guy stepped in to help, but the dryer was so hot until I felt my ears pain, luckily he only helped out awhile. After finish drying my hair, the hairstylist didnāt even show me how my new hair color looks like or ask my opinion on the hair, he just walked straight to the counter and asked for bills. After that only I realised the haircut is only RM30 from the banner outside. After I went back home, I texted the ig customer service about my hair results but not getting any response after all, just seen my messages without trying to solve my issue.
