We usually pass by the loccitane outlet but never really interested as we didnt see the need. However, my wife had some need for the new amande collection and we were served by Eka.

Eka was very thorough and supportive while also being friendly and not pushy. We appreciated her kind gestures as she offered to test some of the testers on my wife's skin. My wife ended up buying a set of the amande oil with the scrub.

Attentive staff & patiently explain products without pressure to purchase. I wanted to replenish my cherry blossom EDT, ended with another new EDT 😆. Tempted to try their skincare but was afraid of reactions. The staff explained carefully, lets us test & then provide some samples with guidance on how to use. I also had problems getting my EDT restocked because other outlets were out of stock, she even shared how to get through official website to ensure I don't lose my points vs if buy fr Lazada.
