I was so disappointed with the service this morning at Leo Salon and Spa. I have had my haircut there for years and always had a great experience. I went in to the shop to make an appointment this morning. There was one guy at the desk and no one else in the shop. I stood in front of him for about ten minutes as he typed away on the computer. I couldn’t figure out or understand why it was taking so long just to make an appointment as he went back and forth between his phone and computer. I asked him if it would be much longer. He smiled and said I’ll get it done in a minute. I walked around the store and was behind him and saw his computer screen. He was talking on a messenger like program sending emojis. I told him I had to get going and asked for him to call me when he had the appointment. He handed me a business card and told me to call him. This, after I travelled to the shop to make an appointment. Terrible service! I had a friend tell me that he had the same experience there a week ago. I guess the salon will keep losing business if they treat customers with that kind of service. I sure won’t...
Read moreDo not come here if you have curly hair. There have been two times that I have cried after a hair cut and this is one of them. My cut here is hands-down one of the worst haircuts of my life. I literally showed Leo exactly what I wanted it to look like, including shape and length, told him that I don't want triangle hair (curly people know), and it was completely ignored. My hair is 3 inches shorter than I wanted it to be with maybe a few layers and it's short to the point where I can't even get it fixed because it would require even more hair getting cut off and I frankly do not trust him to correct it. I spent exactly 42 minutes there from walking in to walking out. 42 minutes to get seated, get my hair washed, get my haircut, have my hair blow dried, have my hair straightened, and pay. They spent more time on a guy getting his hair shaped than someone who originally had curly hair longer than...
Read moreWalk in appointments not really welcome despite what the sign says. I walked in right after they opened, said Buenos Dias to the young man and lady behind the counter. I was ignored. Tried to get information on getting a haircut. Still ignored. They were too busy figuring out some issue on the computer. They spoke to one another but not to me. Then another lady came in to change her appointment and they acted bothered to have to interact with her. Eventually I left. Sad that this place is so close to...
