Worst service constantly tell you they will come and fix. But ussaly 7 to 10 days to respond and they tell you to do test. And then say wait a day or two. Its a stall tatitic. Then you can't call on because they won't pick up phone. Starlink is starting to look better...

Some good some bad service representatives. Funny when they pretend to not speak English. Diane was very nice and helpful with changing name on a bill. What a process. Either have a letter from the old owner or have 4 paid bills with proof of bill...
