Update: October 19 2024 We went back after the fantastic breakfast yesterday. A bit disappointed this time around. The ice latte was so delicious yesterday so we ordered it again. The server we had came back with just an ice americano. I think there was a language barrier which is understandable. So we told him it’s an ice latte. So instead of remaking it, they poured out half and added steamed hot milk into it. So now we have a very diluted coffee with hot frothy milk with just some ice left. At this point we just drank it. (See the last picture of the watery concoction) I genuinely think it was a language issue but the second time I think it was a bit lazy. Overall I love the food but I think the most integral part of any establishment is consistency and training of the staff. ******************** October 18 2024 We ordered the flank steak for breakfast and the strawberry crepe and caramel iced latte. Everything was delicious! Steak cooked perfectly, slightly over salted but it was perfect for the hot weather since I sweated everything out. The strawberry crepe was flavourful and great texture in all the right ways. The jam was homemade. The coffee was easily the best in the area. I highly recommend if you are just absolutely sick of your resort food. Cause we were! Gotta start the morning off the right way. We met the owner Sebastian who was there working on a new menu. Super friendly and made the whole experience very wholesome and wonderful. Can’t wait to come back and try the dinner menu.

We enjoyed dinner here tonight and absolutely loved it! We started off with appetizers, which immediately showcased the culinary knowledge of our server, Emilio. He talked us through the best way to enjoy the crab fritters (pictured) in a way that made us realize we were at an authentic French restaurant. Emilio and other staff members checked on us genuinely and regularly, answering any questions that arose with passion and culinary expertise. For dinner, we enjoyed salads, the Organic Chicken, and several orders of the Shrimp and Lobster Risotto (pictured). All food was presented tastefully and was beyond delicious. Emilio, as we ordered our main entrées, drew our attention to desserts, alerting us that the Apple Tarte would take time to be prepared. We ordered that, along with the Crème Brûlée and Chocolate Mousse (unpictured, we dug in too quickly!) for dessert. All were wonderful, but the Tarte was outstanding. Emilio and other staff thanked us kindly for our visit. We are already planning to go back in the morning for coffee and crepes! Overall, fantastic food and experience!

Absolutely incredible food & cocktails here! Dinners are very special - French inspired dishes with a Mexican twist. Sebastien is the best of the best in the culinary arts world with authentic French training, and he has worked all over the world for Michelin rated chefs. He uses fresh ingredients and is extremely creative in his recipes . Breakfast is more casual with crepes and waffles and other savory items. There are amazing hearty breakfast items too. Both breakfast and dinner are a must try!!! Espresso drinks are available. The servers are super attentive , knowledgeable, and proper. The mixology is top notch with all the finest spirits available. Every evening, there are different specials to try. Bring your fresh caught fish and Sebastien will make you an amazing dish with it! Also, the gelato is incredible - very authentic Italian! I could go on and on, the point of the story is :eat here for several meals. We had the great pleasure to meet Sebastien and learn all about his amazing background. So much passion in his craft. Thank you Sebastien!

Disgraceful and embarrassing. The host out front pushed us really hard to try their place. She stated there are no other restaurants around just tacos and fried food which is not true at all. We tried their special for two and they brought out one tiny salad that we had to share for 2 people. The bartender inside was yelling at the chefs it looked like they were having problems. Then after almost 30 minutes they brought us some risotto and steaks. What a complete joke the risotto had only 3 pieces of shrimp and no lobster to be found. The steak was literally just two small strips of steak!!!! 3 of us ordered steaks they literally cut one steaks into 3 orders what a bunch of cheap clowns. We asked where the rest of our steaks were? they replied we give small portions here. I’m a 225 pound man I never knew I could get so offended over food till they gave me that plate. It would have costed me 240$ just to fill my appetite there. When the other tables around waiting for their food saw ours they laughed and left and so did we. Never in my life have I done that but I was not going to let them scam us right under our noses. Just absolutely shameful. I don’t have a wife and I did not have any wine your response is very unprofessional and we slapped a 100$ on the table you were more than happy to take. I had 1 margaritas and half a salad your server took back my margaritas too because his coworker yelled at him for...

So, I’ve sat on this review for a few days and rewritten it a few times. We ordered the calamari as a starter - brilliant!! Tender and a nice light batter. This was excellent. Our server made an excellent wine suggestion and this local national Nebbiolo was fantastic. We (two of us) decided to share our mains. We ordered the ribeye rare and gnocchi on the side and the mussels and fries. Here’s where things went off a bit- the fries and mussels were excellent; superb flavours and well prepared. The bread with the mussels was so old I could hardly pull it apart. I’m a carb fan and I love crust and starch pull but this was obscene. It was so tough it couldn’t get pushed down into the mussel sauce. The ribeye was fantastic and perfectly cooked. The gnocchi was absolutely mush-like. I tried to like it, my dining companion tried as well. We each ate 3 pieces but that was it. I know what gnocchi is(Nona was Sicilian). I’ve eaten at many great restaurants (ABaC numerous times and many others) and this was awful - someone snuck this out of the kitchen when it should have been chucked. I explained to the maître d’ when the bill came around but by then… we were done. No visit from the kitchen, No quality check after the plates were served. We will try it again but I’m not...
